DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?
Yes! From previous job and volunteer experience, I have worked closely with reptiles, birds and small mammals. I am very comfortable caring for exotics and am familiar with habitat setup, maintenance, and temperature/humidity control. Aside from cats and dogs, I have personally owned rabbits, fish, and birds as well. *Disclaimer* I will not handle venomous or dangerous pets.
HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?
I only provide private dog walking, and serve one household at a time. That being said I can walk up to three dogs at a time (flat rate @15 min + $3 for every additional dog, senior discount available). Dog sizes will also be taken into account. If weather is not favorable for walking, other options may be discussed (i.e. check-in or at-home play time)
MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?
In the event the owner is out of town, and there is a medical emergency, I will take your furbaby to the vet. Before leaving a family pet in my care, I will request the pet's vet information including location, doctor, and emergency contact info. I will notify the family immediately if emergency intervention is necessary.
